Package prices includes: - 5 day/4 night stay at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar Hotel in beautiful Nassau Bahamas - Full access to the Baha Mar Water Park and Private Island - Estimated Airfare, excluding baggage fees - Ground Transport to/from the LPIA Airport, Welcome Event, Church Service and Island Tour - 2 Signature T-Shirts - Luggage Tags - Tip for Baggage Handlers to/from LPIA airport Important Note: Airfare is currently estimated at $700 per person, excluding checked baggage fees. Final airfare rates for September travel will be published around January 11, 2026. Once airfare pricing is finalized, the estimated $700 will be reconciled and the total package price will be restated accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit Requirement: A non‑refundable and non‑transferable deposit of $50 is required to secure your spot. Airfare Estimate: Package pricing currently includes an estimated airfare cost of $700. Airline rates and schedules for the travel dates are not yet available. Final Airfare Adjustment: Once official airline rates are published, the airfare portion of your package will be reconciled to reflect the actual cost. Agreement: By submitting the $50 deposit, you confirm your participation in the trip and agree to pay the reconciled airfare once rates are released.
